What Information We Collect
We collect the information you choose to give us when you send an enquiry, request a discovery call or join the training waiting list. This is usually your name and email address and, if you give them, your job title, organisation and message. When you send a form, the website also records your IP address, your browser type and the page you came from, to help prevent misuse. We do not ask for sensitive personal data.
How We Use Your Information
We use this information only to reply to your enquiry, to deal with your request, or, if you joined the training waiting list, to tell you when training launches. We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Our Legal Basis
We rely on our legitimate interests to reply to enquiries you send us and to deal with your request. If you join the training waiting list, we rely on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
How Long We Keep It
We keep enquiry emails for two years after our last contact with you, then delete them. If you join the training waiting list, we keep your details until training launches and we have told you, or until you ask us to remove them, whichever comes first.
Who Processes Your Data
These services handle your information on our behalf when you send a form:
- Vercel hosts this website and records each form submission in its server logs.
- Resend delivers your form to us by email.
- Google (Gmail) is where we receive and keep enquiry emails.
Vercel and Resend are based in the United States, so your information may be processed outside the UK.
Cookies
This website does not set any cookies. We do not use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies. Our cookie policy has more detail.
Your Rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, and to ask us to correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or give it to you in a portable format. You can object to how we use it. Where we rely on your consent, for example for the training waiting list, you can withdraw it at any time. To make a request, email enquiries@patientsafety101.com.
